Gorilla Gym Ethos
We here at Gorilla Gym don't believe in restricting ourselves to gym work. Yes we do it, but natural fitness is not made in a gym and really can't be. We use the great outdoors too such the Meadows, Blackford Hill, Arthur's Seat and Inverleith Park. For indoor work we can use your home if you feel comfortable as I bring the equipment to you. Our personal trainers use a variety of methods including tyre throwing, battle ropes, agility cones, swiss balls as well as the usual dumb-bells and barbell movements that you are probably already familiar with. Our fitness sessions are designed to be fun, so bring your game face but also remember to enjoy it! Take the knowledge from your personal trainer on board and mentally bank exercises that we go through to use when we aren’t training together.
